Key Responsibilities

1.   Tech Crew Talent Management - Succession Planning and Development 

  • Prepare and verify files for selection meetings
  • Maintain master lists
  • Coordinate with management for recommendations
  • Facilitate selection meetings, including minute-taking
  • Communicate selection results to stakeholders
  • Coordinate pilot fleet movements 

2.   HR & Administrative Functions

  • Maintain and update various databases and lists, including departmental manuals, previous flying hours
  • Manage Command Trainee Failure List
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for crew data
  • Assist in recruiting interviewers

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any displine and having HR/talent management experience will be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and processing confidential data and reports.
  • Strong ability to maintain, update, and manage complex databases and information systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities, handle last-minute requests, and remain composed under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
